Requirements

We are now accepting applications for admission.  A $25 application fee must be included to be placed on a waiting list. Application for Admission

Records Requirements-

  • Completed Application Form
  • Most recent and complete progress report/checklist, report card and transcript records for the past 2 years (as applicable)
  • Standardized test scores (as applicable)
  • Official birth certificate
  • Complete and current immunization records
  • Social Security card

KRP Age Requirements-

  • K3- Three years old by September 1st.
  • K4- Four years old by September 1st.
  • K5- Five years old by September 1st.
